1964 Mooney M20E with low time airframe and engine, always hangared. Airframe has 3,443 hours since new, and the Lycoming IO-360-A1A engine has 1,165 hours SMOH (2,000 hr TBO) - lots of life left. Fresh annual and IFR certification completed October 2025. Strong avionics and engine monitoring package including Garmin 650 touchscreen GPS, dual GI 275s, ADS-B In Out, and JPI EDM-830 engine monitor. Paint and interior 8/10.
