About the Pilatus PC-12 NG Turboprop
The Pilatus PC-12 has been the cabin-class single-turboprop benchmark for over three decades — single Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A or PT6E engine, pressurised 9-10 seat cabin, the unique cargo door, rough-strip capability (gravel, grass, dirt), and class-leading dispatch reliability. Production spans three major generations: the original PC-12 (1994-2007) with Honeywell Bendix/King panel; the PC-12 NG (2008-2018) with Honeywell Apex avionics, refined airframe and improved performance; and the current PC-12 NGX (2019+) with the FADEC PT6E-67XP engine, single-lever power control, and the ACE cockpit. The PC-12 transforms single-engine turboprop economics — a true cabin-class aircraft (9-10 seats, cargo door, rough-strip capable) at single-engine operating cost.
Produced 1994. Total produced: 1,900.
