DONE, TT 12,000, SMOH LEFT 641, RIGHT 100, SPOH BOTH PROPS NOW Have fresh (5 year) Inspections TIME 05/2019, 3 BLADES REPLACED, ALL AD'S COMPLIED WITH INCLUDING THE MAJOR SPAR MOD., U.S. REGISTERED, SPAR MODE DONE, "Now has L3 ADS-B System" Location: Fort Pierce Florida Ref. #7471 ALL AD'S COMPLIED WITH INCLUDING THE MAJOR SPAR MOD. MAJOR STRUCTURAL WORK ACCOMPLISHED BY ISLIP AVIONICS INC. N.Y. FRESH ANNUAL APRIL 2025 DUAL BILGE PUMPS FLUSH TOILET, SINK WITH RUNNING WATER TWO ENGINE PRE OILERS the aircraft is placarded as per 135 requirements. It has also had oil analysis and has complied with all AD notices, including the AD on the spar. This AD was done the correct way, not taking shortcuts, cost around $400,000. "Now has L3 ADS-B System" 1) fuel capacity- 190 gallons each side, total 380 gallons 2) fuel consumption- 60 gallons per hour, 30 gallons per side(includes takeoff, cruise, landing) 3) TAS true air speed- 140 mph 4) I have to presume it has Douglas tracking for seat installation, since when I purchased the aircraft it was configured for passenger service. The seats were taken out, and original Grumman Mallard seats were put in original executive configuration. U.S. REGISTERED, SPAR MODE DONE
